Dr. Injamamul “inja” Niloy

Dr. Injamamul “Inja” Niloy, a native of West Palm Beach, FL, began his academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Florida. He advanced his education by earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine. During his dental school years, Dr. Niloy participated in international mission trips to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, focusing on Cleft Lip and Palate surgeries, which sparked his passion for Oral Surgery.

Dr. Niloy received the prestigious United States Army Health Professionals Scholarship and commenced his service with the United States Army. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. His training encompassed the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with an emphasis on dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, in-office anesthesia, corrective jaw and facial cosmetic surgery, facial reconstruction, facial trauma, head and neck pathology, and the treatment of temporomandibular disorder.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Niloy currently serves as the Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center, Fort Belvoir Army Base. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (VSOMS), Middle Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (MASOMS), and American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS).

Beyond his professional life, Dr. Niloy’s personal interest include soccer, Florida gators football, skiing, traveling, sketching, and Bollywood dancing. He treasures spending quality time with his wife and relishes exploring the vibrant greater Maryland area.
