I cannot emphasize enough the excellence of this practice and particularly Dr. Romanow. My tooth extraction and bone graft was explained thoroughly and performed efficiently and painlessly. Dr. Romanow called me that evening to check up on me and I thanked him for an exceptional experience. The office staff and dental techs are first-rate too. Top notch. Update 6/9 went back for the next step in getting an implant and as expected, it went painlessly and flawlessly. Dr. Romanow and all the staff are the best.

Dr. Mistry and staff were 5-star in their professional care and courtesy. As you might imagine, one's heart rate increases during any tooth extraction ... Their calm and quiet expertise settled my breath and heart rate! Dr. Mistry called later in the evening to make sure I was doing okay. I appreciated the assurance of how to get ahead of the pain after the novocaine wore off.

This was my 1st visit to see Dr. Romanow and it was for a tooth extraction. I was quite nervous but chose him because he was on my insurance AND had very good reviews online. I have to agree with the reviews : ) The staff was professional and polite. Dr. Romanow's assistant (I don't remember her title) was Angela and she was fantastic! From the moment she walked me back to the room, she was polite, professional and took the time to make me feel comfortable. During the procedure, she comforted me by rubbing my shoulder and telling me that I was doing well. Compassionate. Dr. Romanow was also very professional and kind. I ask a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all, patiently. He also talked to me thru the extraction assuring me all was going well. That evening, I received a call (he left a message) from him - just checking in on how I was doing. One more thing... They (admin staff) if I wanted an insurance breakdown of the estimate for today's procedure and future work. I said yes, and they provided all the costs, upfront. Expensive but it was good to get an honest answer upfront.
